Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your payment is confirmed, our team will prepare your package and hand it over to our shipping partner.Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center after processing.You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Standard Shipping:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Free Standard Shipping:
Available for orders of $30 or more. Free Standard Shipping follows the same processing and delivery timeline.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:
U.S. Shipping:
Orders under $30: $2.99 standard shipping.
Orders $30 and above: Free standard shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local authorities.
These charges vary by country and are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated.
ProFluffyBio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or clearance procedures.

ProFluffyBio offers shipping to many countries and regions worldwide, including:
United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, and many more.
Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times due to local carrier schedules.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. For international orders, tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active.
